MANAMA: The Coastgurad was last night searching for an Asian man missing at sea off the coast of Tubli.

The three Indians and a Bangladeshi were swept away by strong currents while they were fishing on the coast.

Indians Lionel Fernandez, 35 and Abu Hussain, 55, swam ashore and later managed to rescue Bangladeshi Mohammed Yusuf, 25.

Search is continuing for the fourth man, an Indian identified only as Ali, an Interior Ministry official said.

Mr Yusuf was treated at Salmaniya Medical Complex and later discharged.
