Saba Javed and Asad Ali, you are absolutely right. Jim not only needs some good lessons in history. Perhaps he should also read books on Indian history of the American West.

One such book I would recommend is "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee" by Dee Brown which gives a documented account of the systematic destruction of the American Indian - mainly, the Native American, the indigenous people of America and how they were mercilessly slaughtered and almost eradicated from the Earth by the white settlers.

This book will make you angry, it will make you sad, you will also be disgusted but it is also an eye-opener for anyone with an interest in human rights and justice The genocide/atrocities carried out by European settlers is simply unbelievable, yet true.
