HIS Majesty King Hamad yesterday received a letter from King Abdullah of Jordan dealing with relations and regional and Arab developments.

He received a high-level delegation, led by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Masha'al Mohammed Al Zaben, who delivered it at Al Safriya Palace.

He confirmed Bahrain's resolve to bolster relations.

The delegation included Public Security chief General Hussain Haza'a Al Majali and General Intelligence director Lieutenant-General Faisal Al Shoubaki.

It described the visit as an opportunity to exchange views on promoting co-operation.
