DHL High Flyers A clinched a third successive Filipino Club Basketball Group (FCBG) Reinforced Division title after a 76-67 defeat of Saudi-based Woa Pieng Restaurant to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the best-of-three finals series.
American Levan Burgen and Ledger Glower were the heroes on the night for DHL as they scored 21 and 17 points respectively.
At the same time, Angelo Baltazar and Omar Asmad both enjoyed stellar games for Woa Pieng but it wasn't enough to send the series to a deciding third match.
The Inter-Commercial Division meanwhile, could be decided this afternoon, should Filex Cargo beat rivals FILAM in the second match of their series.
The final line-ups for the Inter-Colour divisions have also been completed, with Pepsi Arabia taking on Nafex I Remit in the A Division final, Lulu Discount Card taking on Alpha Fire Services-A in the B Division decider and Zenjex tackling Alpha Fire Security-B for the C Division title.
Action from the MoneyGram FCBG Championship continues at Muharraq Gym in Arad later today.
