LEAFLETS and designs have been distributed to municipal councils and more than 100 technical offices by the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), outlining best practices in conserving water and power.

The leaflets urge homeowners and contractors to use thermal insulation in walls, ceilings and windows.

They also highlight global standards in construction and architecture to save resources.
