Not so sparkling

I would like to add my comments to Mr or Mrs TAS's that you discovered that diamonds are valueless too late, after almost four years, but I discovered this before I purchased any.

A few months ago I approached one jewellery shop in Bahrain Mall and enquired about the price of a diamond set. The salesman told me BD370 and when I asked him that if I purchased the set and after two weeks wanted to resell it how much he would offer. He was not straight in his answer and kept bringing up different excuses.

Then I realised that if he can't give a straight answer on a matter of two weeks' gap, then leaving it for a year or two is out of question. I realised then that investing in this field is extremely risky and you simply should not believe in the slogan "diamonds are forever" if it can't fetch the price you paid. I am afraid it would be more appropriate if the slogan says that "diamonds can't keep it original price for two weeks".
