A few days back I read a very motivational report in the GDN regarding a five-day working schedule which is going to be implemented in Saudi.

It is high time it was adopted in Bahrain. Many prominent organisations in Bahrain have adopted a five-day working schedule, but still showrooms under the umbrella of these organisations are working six days a week. It is quite funny that employees working in corporate/offices are enjoying a five-day week whereas showroom staff are working six packed days 7.30am-8pm (Saturday to Thursday).

Employees' morale and motivation is a must for any establishment. I have seen especially on weekends guys working without any enthusiasm when all world is having fun.
