MANAMA: Bahrain Property Developers Association (BaPDA) is continuing its preparations for its first property development exhibition BaPDEX 2012.

The event will be held at Seef Mall from Thursday to May 30.

Property developers in Bahrain have been showing great interest in participating in the exhibition.

It pro-mises to be a highly effective showcase for the property development industry and it will give participants and end users a unique opportunity to network and acquaint themselves with the latest projects and affordable housing developments.

"BaPDEX 2012 has been getting great response from property developers in Bahrain and finance companies offering financial solutions," said BaPDEX 2012 chairman Aaref Hejres.

"It is a great forum for the industry providing an opportunity to gather on common ground and have an overview on all the latest updates and related information," he added.

He said that so far, the exhibitors in BaPDEX 2012 are 13 major property companies in Bahrain like Manara Development, Diyar Al Muharraq, Grnata Real Estate, Sakana, Reef Real Estate Finance Company, Pegasus, Impact Real Estate, Dair Gardens, Blue Water Investment, Orchid Development and Saar Central and the number of interested participants are growing as the demand is big.
