Coach Taher to attend training course in France

ROYAL Endurance Team rider and coach Yousef Taher will be attending a training course in horseracing in France.

The decision was in line with the directives of team leader Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Al Khalidia Stable captain Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

Taher is one of the first riders of the Royal Endurance Team, and has taken part in several national and international championships, with many achievements accomplishments in the past years.

This will be a new experience for the veteran who seeks excellence as a rider and coach. It will add new experiences to his tally in the field of equestrian training.

Tahir asserted that he seeks through participation in this training course to gain new expertise in horseracing and to become familiar with latest coaching techniques.

He described horseracing in the kingdom as very advanced, addingd that the generous official support and large audiences have encouraged him to delve into coaching arena. He said he looked forward to benefiting from the training course and to return to Bahrain with useful practical knowledge which he could apply on the racecourse.

Taher expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to Shaikh Nasser and Shaikh Khalid for allowing him to take part in this event, stressing that he will strive to make the most of his participation.
