HIS Majesty King Hamad yesterday received at Al Bustan Palace, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who conveyed greetings from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

His Majesty lauded deep historic relations bonding the countries and their peoples.

He hailed a memorandum of understanding signed between the Information Affairs Authority and Rotana Group to launch Al Arab News Channel next December.

He stressed the importance of the agreement in promoting bilateral media relations.

His Majesty then hosted a dinner banquet in honour of Prince Alwaleed.
